Humidity Sensor + Delay Timer
Advanced sensor technology automatically activates the device when humidity reaches the set level. The delay timer then turns the fan off automatically after the user-defined period, once humidity returns to normal levels.

Supports delay-off settings ranging from 5 to 60 minutes. The fan will automatically shut off after the preset duration, eliminating the need for manual operation.

Motion Sensor
When someone enters the room, the sensor automatically activates and turns on the exhaust fan. When no movement is detected, the fan will automatically turn off after approximately 3 minutes.

Housing
Corrosion resistance painted housing. Detachable 4 inch round compatible collar which includes a light weight built in backdraft damper. Adjustable L- bracket with up to 24-inch span allows quick and precise positioning.
Motor/Blower
It is equipped with a fully enclosed brushless DC motor technology, designed for continuous operation. The motor is energy efficient and surpasses the minimum ENERGY STAR requirements. Dip-switch controls exhaust fan cfm (50–110 range). Electrical rating is 120 Volts and 60 Hz. Suitable for use over a bathtub or shower when installed with a GFCI protected branch circuit. Motor is thermally protected to meet safety standards and increase motor life.
Impeller
Optimized centrifugal impeller design delivers perfect high static pressure. Each impeller undergoes professional 100% balance testing. Combined with precision vortex airflow channels, it achieves even lower noise levels.
Grille
The Premium grille is low-profile that has elegance and still able to maintain its simplicity. It is made of UV-resistant engineering plastic, a material known for its durability and long-term color stability. Powerful torsion springs seat the grille tightly and evenly to the ceiling surface.
